Welcome to Night Nite Babies

Infant Sleep Training

Sleep is often considered one of the most unpredictable aspects of parenting. Between the ages of 0 and 18 months, babies undergo rapid developmental changes. These changes often make sleep unstable. Some babies nap for 20 minutes and wake crying. Others resist bedtime altogether. For some parents, it just seems as if nothing is working. As a result, routines lose their consistency. Here, infant sleep training can provide the kind of support to help families find a calmer and more structured way forward.

Why Sleep

Feels So Hard

Why Sleep Feels So Hard

The first year and a half of your baby’s life is full of change, and sleep is one of the first things to fall apart. One day, they nap for hours. The next day, they’re up every 45 minutes. Nothing is consistent, and just when you think you’ve figured something out, it shifts again.

Most parents never receive an explanation of how unpredictable sleep is in those early months. You’re discharged from the hospital with a baby and supposed to somehow magically know what to do, but there’s no instruction book for 20-minute naps or babies who cry as soon as you lay them down.

Some babies need more help than others. Some can self-settle early. Others need to be held, rocked, or fed. And while that’s all normal, it’s also exhausting.

Sleep deprivation doesn’t make you feel tired; it makes you exhausted. It also makes you feel irritable and impatient. And when you’re analyzing everything, it’s easy to believe that you’re doing it all wrong.

We at Night Nite Baby provide realistic, responsive support, assisting families in establishing healthy sleep habits without stress. Our sensitive, family-focused sleep training approach is specifically intended to establish healthy sleep patterns with empathy, science, and order.

What We Offer

We offer two individualized infant sleep training paths depending on your baby’s age and sleep history. Whether you’re in the newborn period or attempting to shift away from irregular sleep habits with an older baby, we have support that’s gentle, clear, and sustainable.

1. Proactive Sleep Plan — Ideal for newborns (0-12 weeks)

The Proactive Sleep Plan is meant to enable families to establish strong sleep foundations right from the start. Designed for infants aged 0 to 12 weeks, this plan assists new parents through the most vulnerable (and typically daunting) period of early infancy. In this case, we provide gentle, age-appropriate guidance.

Prevent Sleep Issues Before They Begin

Instead of waiting for sleep regressions or overtired patterns to develop, this strategy prevents typical difficulties such as day-night confusion, feeding-to-sleep habits, and disrupted naps. By establishing a routine from the beginning, we provide babies with the environment they require to sleep longer.

Create Healthy Sleep Rhythms from Day One

Newborns have no established rhythm, so their internal clock must be aided in synchronizing with the external world. We teach parents how to guide their baby’s day gently through natural light, appropriate wake windows, and calming bedtime signals. You’ll discover how to establish a flexible routine that accommodates your baby’s needs without sacrificing structure and predictability.

Teach Parents How to Interpret Sleep Cues

Knowing your baby’s cues is the secret to preventing overstimulation and missed nap opportunities. We show you how to identify subtle cues of exhaustion, such as staring, fussing, yawning, or turning away, so you can respond with confidence and calm. You’ll spend less time wondering and more time responding to your baby’s needs on purpose.

Includes a Daily Schedule, Feeding Goals & Soothing Tools

Each household gets a customized daily rhythm of nap time and intervals between feedings. We address feeding strategies as well to provide your baby with adequate nourishment.

2. Corrective Sleep Plan — (3-18 months)

The Corrective Sleep Plan is designed for families who are working through the issues that typically arise post-newborn, such as multiple night wakings, short or inconsistent naps, and sleep routines. This plan provides gentle, individualized guidance to support you in moving forward with confidence.

Recognize the Cause of Sleep Disturbances

Before making any adjustments, we spend time determining why your baby is having trouble sleeping. Is your baby waking up because it’s just a habit? Snacking during the night but not consuming enough throughout the day? Becoming overtired before bed? Dependent on motion or contact to continue sleeping? We explore your current routine, sleeping environment, and baby’s feeding habits to determine what’s making restful sleep difficult.

Design a Gentle, Individualized Sleep Plan

Every baby is unique, and so are our plans. Depending on your baby’s age, personality, and the existing sleep issues, we create a realistic, step-by-step sleep plan that respects your parenting philosophy and household rhythm. Each plan matches your baby’s readiness and your comfort level, so nothing feels rushed.

Wean Night Feeds When Appropriate

If your baby is ready developmentally, we will help you through a respectful, gradual process of night feed elimination. We never force night weaning—instead, we aim to maximize daytime nutrition first and coordinate with your comfort level.

Encourage Crib Independence

Our Reset & Reassure approach assists your baby in learning to settle on their own, without being left to cry alone. This is a series of age-specific, responsive steps to reassure your baby by presence, voice, or gentle touch. This develops sleep confidence over time and decreases dependence on sleep aids such as feeding, rocking, or contact sleeping.

Our Sleep Philosophy

Here’s how we think:

  • No cry it out: We don’t think in terms of crying it out alone with babies. Our approach is always gentle and responsive. We assist you in nurturing your baby with each step, in comfort and presence, never neglecting their needs.
  • No night weaning by force: If your baby still requires a nighttime feed, we are in favor of that. We will only look at reducing nighttime feeds when developmentally appropriate and when you are ready. And even then, we will do it gradually.
  • No one-size-fits-all plans: Each baby is unique and so is each family. That’s why we don’t believe in using rigid plans. Instead, we create flexible plans that change with your baby’s age, personality, feeding patterns, and your life.
  • Progress over perfection: Sleep is a process, not a competition. Some days will flow more easily than others, and that’s okay. Our concern is supporting you in making steady progress, without pressure or unrealistic expectations.
  • Connection always comes first: A rested baby is crucial, but so is a healthy parent-child connection. We support you in helping your baby sleep and staying emotionally attached, responsive, and present.

It is our job to support and guide. We are here to assist you in feeling more confident and in charge, with tools that suit your family.

Our sleep‑coaching services are especially helpful for:

  • First‑time parents who are still getting to know their baby’s rhythms
  • Families without nearby help
  • Parents recovering from birth and juggling healing with round‑the‑clock care
  • Anyone who wants real rest and reassurance in those early months

The newborn and infant stages can be sweet, but they can also feel intense, unfamiliar, and exhausting. If you need guidance with sleep and feeding, or simply want someone to check in when the nights get long, you deserve support that centers on you as well as your baby.

Night Nite Baby is here to walk alongside your family during this tender season. Our coaching is gentle, evidence‑based, and tailored to what you need—whether that’s a quick calming tip at bedtime or a full plan for better naps.
